𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲. 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗺 𝗜. 𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀. 𝗦𝗼 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆. I’m the owner, the therapist, the booking system, and the person who restocks the water. ​ I’ve worked in chiropractic offices, hospitals, holistic centers, and high-end luxury spas. I’ve spent time as a Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapy instructor, teaching the art of relaxation and its therapeutic impact. Since 2012, I’ve worked with professional athletes, celebrities, and everyday people navigating stress, anxiety, and burnout. Today, I partner with competitive sports organizations to provide structured recovery programs for athletes who need to stay ready not just be patched up. While continuing to support the restorative work I do for every person who walks through my door. ​ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: people were carrying more than their bodies could handle. They just needed to pause. That told me something. I built BE because too many people carry what they never say out loud. Stress doesn’t just live in your mind, it lives in your body. People don’t just need massage. They need permission to rest. The body already knows how to rest. It just needs the right conditions to feel safe enough to let go. BE Massage exists because you deserve more than a transaction. You deserve presence, real care, and someone who is fully there with you from the moment you walk in. I built this for the client who has never felt truly seen in a wellness space. The one who left a session feeling rushed, unheard, or like just another appointment on the books. You were never just an appointment. And here, you never will be. I’m also a wife, a mom, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to put everyone else first and forget yourself completely.
